POTATO AU GRATIN RECIPE

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

For paste
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp low fat cream
salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp butter

Other ingredients
3 thin potato slices
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp butter

Method

1. For paste, mix all the ingredients properly.
2. Take a micro wave proof baking dish.
3. Pour thin layer of paste at the bottom of the dish.
4. Place potato slices properly over the paste.
5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano over it.
6. Make a thin layer of grated cheese.
7. Place potato slices over it.
8. Sprinkle salt, pepper & oregano over it.
9. Make a thin layer of cheese over it.
10. Repeat the process until potato slices are over.
11. At last pour all the paste at the top.
12. Make a layer of cheese over it.
13. Add 1 tsp butter over it.
14. Microwave for 10 mins on high.
15. Serve hot.
